Flightsaverz is an independent travel-support and reservations service. We are not an airline, hotel, car-rental company or cruise line, and we do not operate any transport, accommodation or other travel service ourselves.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting as the agent of any airline or other travel supplier unless expressly stated in writing for a specific booking.

Airline and supplier names

Airline, hotel, cruise and car-rental names, logos and trademarks displayed on this website remain the property of their respective owners. They are used for identification and descriptive purposes only, to indicate which suppliers we are able to book on your behalf.

Their appearance on this website does not imply any partnership, agency, endorsement or approval by the trademark owner.

Our role in your booking

When you book through us we act as an intermediary between you and the travel supplier. The contract for the travel service itself is formed between you and that supplier, and is governed by the supplier’s own conditions of carriage, booking terms and fare rules.

We are responsible for handling your enquiry accurately, quoting the price and conditions correctly, and passing your instructions to the supplier. We are not responsible for the supplier’s performance of the travel service.

Prices, availability and content

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices published for planning purposes. They are not offers, are not guaranteed, and change with availability, currency movements, taxes and supplier pricing.

The only binding price is the total quoted to you by a specialist at the time of booking and confirmed in writing. We make reasonable efforts to keep website content accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.

Supplier acts and omissions

We are not liable for loss, injury, delay, expense or inconvenience arising from the act, omission, default, insolvency or failure of any travel supplier, including but not limited to schedule changes, cancellations, denied boarding, overbooking, equipment substitution, baggage loss or damage, or service withdrawal.

Nor are we liable for events outside our reasonable control, such as weather, natural events, strikes, industrial action, civil unrest, government or airport restrictions, technical failures or public-health measures.

Passports, visas and health requirements

It is the traveller’s responsibility to hold a valid passport and any visa, transit permit or health documentation required for every country on the itinerary, including countries of transit.

We will flag requirements we are aware of, but entry decisions rest with the authorities concerned. We are not liable for denied boarding or refused entry arising from incorrect or incomplete travel documents.
